Location was well lit felt secure.. Grounds kept nicely. Room was well appointed.

Breakfast menu board read "biscuits and gravy". There were none.

We did not get breakfast the entire area was out of power until 4:00 a.m. We had to wait about 2 hours before the manager figured out how to get us in the room.

The headache of being unable to see anything, no air conditioning, and no breakfast available to us. We also did not sleep all night due to the heat and then we had to leave super early for an appointment.

Amber the receptionist in the evening was very nice and helpful. The pool was okay yet a little bit dirty.

That Breakfast was served only from 6-9 a.m. wasn't mentioned to us. We came at 9:15 sadly the other receptionist was not friendly and cordial under the circumstances.

it was dirty the rooms were dusty you can tell whoever cleans them just makes the bed and doesn't change sheets the restroom was nasty the bathtub there was hair. the elevators are very dirty it doesn't take much to just mop it and spray it down with windex

We had a queen suite and one of the sofa cushios was stained, that needs to be cleaned or replaced.

It was quiet and comfortable. Very clean rooms. Most of the staff were friendly.

I put down a 100 deposit after prepayment on my room and they tried to tell me that I smoked in the room when I most certainly did not. They did end up giving my deposit back after a bit of arguing.
