it was terrible, no coffee in the room, the breakfast was cold and not very much choice Coffee was undrinkable, no choice of milk or juice if you could not drink coffee. No ice availability. Would not stay there again. We booked through a third party but also had to leave a $100.00 deposit. Unacceptable and anybody going to a Clarion Inn I will not recommend.

First room we got had trash and used female products in the bathroom. They changed our room and door was stuck

The property is old and outdated. The hallways are dirty rooms are dirty there was no hot water.

The room was great. The room was clean.The hot tub was amazing.

First there were zero working ice machines, if you wanted ice you had to go to the front desk and hope there was someone there so they could go to the restaurant and get you ice. Second it was filty in the hallways. Trash, and wood dust everywhere. Either they have millions of termites or someone was drilling and there wasn't a vacuum to clean up the mess and they just left it. Third the pool isn't open, at all. There was no mention of that when booking the room. Having an indoor pool is a big bonus in February in Ohio. Would have been nice to know, especially when comparing prices to other hotels in the area. And fourth, the breakfast was quite terrible. Went down around 8:30 (breakfast is supposed to be till 10 on weekends) and all there was, was some very old dried out eggs, a couple pieces of microwaved sausage, white bread, plain bagels, and not even enough batter to make a complete waffle. The juice machine was broken, they didn't even think to fill a carafe with at least oj? Instead they put out a pitcher of tap water. This hotel has great potential, but they are no where near where they could be. Oh and lastly my husband went down to the lobby twice and who he was assuming was the manager and head housekeeper where arguing about there not being enough time for housekeeping to do what the manager wanted and about owing a former employee, Johnny, he thinks was the name (the illegal one, their words)money, housekeeper saying he should be paid and the manager saying he paid him enough. Why would you have such a conversation where guest could hear the entire thing?

The price was fair when compared to other hotels but this hotel should be shut down, which I surmised after my stay. The location was close to the airport.

the bfast was terrible and barely anything at all. The housekeeper was in charge of bfast and I do not blame her. As a business traveler I would have been far happier reading that no bfast was included at all. The TV and wifi are terrible. The elevator closed on my hand, in which was my bfast. Everything is very very outdated. Everything was closed or out of service. The shuttle was not available because the driver was tired.

it was “run” down. it had a distinct smell when you walked into it. my room door was very hard to open. The freezer of the fridge was frozen solid.

charged me for a two night stay which I had previously already canceled. Gave me the runaround about the payment. Don’t stay here, they will not help with billing issues. Not worth the headache.

No pool, No towels and no hot water

First they tried to charge me $128, when my booking price was $111.61. Then told me my card was declined, after I paid on line. The funds were removed from my card and put on hold to cover the hotel room. At Clarion, they would not give me my room. I cancelled my reservation with them and went to motel 6.

Great staff but a little short handed. Decent breakfast post-covid. Bar and restaurant a plus. Room was clean and comfortable. Located off interstate with lots of shopping and restaurant options.

Needs remodeling throughout hallways. Elevator was unusable and pool has been down for a while.

The Beds were very comfortable as any hotel should bed should be. The room availability made things so smooth compared to other packed hotels. The bathrooms were very clean and came with the necessities I had forgotten. The cable TV had my favorite channels (Cartoonnetwork and Nickalodeon).

I was told in my hotel deal and pricing that there would be air conditioning but system did not work and I had to change rooms because of how hot and loud it would get. The new room was better but microwave didn't work. There was free breakfast but no eggs could be provided. The drawer and Refrigerator had some red ooz on it most likely from previous attendees which was a surprise compared to how clean the sheets and desks were.

Hotel was not very clean at all. The pool was not even available for use because it was down for maintenance. 6 vending machines, none stocked, only 2 were even on. The carpets were so dirty and they definitely need some paint and drywall replaced.

Nothing. My rooms were sold and I was offered a room in the basement that may have not been clean because that’s where people with pets stay
