Booked the room 4:30pm ish. Once arrived (late 2:00am) we could not access the property, we called and called there was no front desk person until I found a phone in the lounge to call somebody on site to check us in. I think the front desk person was sleeping and had no way to access or be acknowledged that we were there to check in.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The pool wasn't working but they allowed us to swim at their other hotel.

We enjoyed the breakfast before we got back on the road! Our room was big enough for my family of 6!

The only complaint and that would be from my children is that they couldn’t use the pool! Obviously we know that’s out of everyone’s control!

They charged us twice and it took over a month and a half to straighten it out!!!

The air conditioner was very loud, and I had trouble sleeping.

i was turned away. showed my reservation email confirmation and still turned away.

they were all booked up. booking.com charged me to change dates when I arrived the hotel said they were fully booked. the only reservation they had for me was the original dates.

Large, comfortable room. Excellent decor. Staff and breakfast were both outstanding.

A little out of the way from my work event but right off the freeway which is always a huge plus.
