It was dirty it felt like and looked like a prison.

none smoking rooms where more cleaner I believe that as a large building it's a little understaffed can be great.

Room wasn't clean, roaches, window wouldn't shut all the way.

Nothing. I can't believe they're still open for business.

Change the sheets. Actually clean the room. Get rid of the bugs. There's such nicer hotels that'll fully refund if you don't like your stay and you guys won't even refund my money when I never even stayed.

And nice size rooms and I like the couch in the rooms that we didn't have to be in the bed all the time you can sit in the couch and watch TV

The Rings are fully clean there's trash behind the couch and when I got there after I'd already paid the credit card through booking.com they charged me more it charged me a deposit and then came up with every excuse they could not to give me the deposit back the way to get the lobbies go all the way around the building they had everything locked down like the prison

I didn't like the old fashioned key card entry, the mold on the bathroom tiles. I didn't like the overall seedings of the place. I didn't like anything.

No breakfast. But good location,very close to major restaurants. Awesome location if hotel was better taken care of

Bugs. Not kidding. Had a mouse in our room one night too. Again.. no joke. If you book for one night, then later decide you wanna stay another and book another night online (same exact kind of room and all) instead of extending your stay as MOST hotels do, they make you pay $10-20 extra for early check in (Price depends on who is at from desk) oh.. and if you get a smoking room... it doesn't come with an ash tray. Or a ice bucket, just a bag with two Styrofoam cups that have obviously been used before...again... not kidding

Room was covered in blood on the lamp shade bed blankets etc roaches in the room Got switched to a different room they said it was clean bed was clean blood all over toilet toilet didn’t work blood on the ceiling Roaches crawling around on the ice machine

Price

Unsanitary conditions, roaches, bed bugs, insects, grease on the floor, horrible odor. The fact that i booked non-smoking king room and was placed in a smoking twin instead.

Mold in shower, mold on cealing, hairs and crumbs in "fresh" bedding, refused to give clean sheets, cigarette burns in blankets, busted stand in room, hole broken in bathroom door
