The room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean and pretty nice. All of the employees I had contact with were helpful and polite. I would recommend this property.

Beds were cimfortable

Manager at the front desk rhat checked us in gave us a room very far away. We were teavelling with my 91 year old father who walks with a cane. The manager saw this and gave us a room extremely far away. My husband went back to the desk, and the assistance manager felt the manager did it on purpose. We travel frequently and will not use Hilton Garden Inn again. I will recommend our friends not use them as well. This waa cruel and unprofessional.

Breakfast was good, hot, fresh. Enjoyed the service, friendly staff.

Mattress was too firm. Room wasn't clean totally. There was something sticky substance on floor in closet. Carpet wasn't vacuumed, there were remnants near bed.

The location was good

No jot water. My room was not ready. The staff ask I had something to do while they get room ready, they would call me. They did not call. I called the them several hours later.

Laundry machines all broken. Water was COLD in the shower. Had to take a cold shower.
