The location was great and the staff was amazing, especially Mahogany.

Disappointment was amplified by the cost being higher than Margaritaville, so I expected a nicer facility. (This location was more convenient for me which is why I didn’t stay at Margaritaville). It was very dated, third floor smelled getting off elevator; room was stale like mildew, phone didn’t work; got moved to first floor - was better smell, but carpet, curtains, furniture were just old and dusty. Blow dryer didn’t work (replaced of course, but wasn’t usable when I needed it).

I did not take advantage of the breakfast. I slept in.

There was an odor in the room like it had once been a smoking room. There was a stronger odor when the air condition came on. The bed was very comfortable though and I slept well.

Clean Rooms and spacious

To many homeless people in the area. Every time we went the car or my husband stepped out to smoke, there was multiple homeless people asking for things.

I made a reservation the site canceled and then it took over a week to get a refund. I had to make mutiple phone calls.

They canceled and then would not give me a clear answer on giving me a refund.

I liked nothing about the hotel. Will never stay there again.

The hotel is old and run down. The floor in the room had a big hump in it. The paint was dingy old and peeling off. The tiles in the bathroom were coming loose. The toilet did not flush well. The TV volume could only be increased to a whisper. The towels were thin and cheap. The worst part of it all was how expensive it was to stay there. Definitely not worth the money. You don't get what you pay for.
