Bed wasn't that comfortable and the shower was somewhat dirty. Hairs in the shower.

Each times I've stayed there the bathroom smells like urine. The cleaner isn't cleaning her tubs nor cleaning the commode they had died up urine on the base of the commode each times

I liked that the room was clean. I liked that it was quiet.

I didn’t like the customer service. I didn’t like that the furniture was ruined down with holes and the sheets was too.

The location was great. So close to casinos and restaurants.

The room was filthy. The floors hadn't been swept in God knows how long. There was thick dust everywhere. The microwave and fridge were dirty inside & out. The bathtub was also dirty, we were afraid to use it . We had to wear socks because the floor was so dirty and sticky. I had to clean the place just to stay there & that's B S. They didn't have our room reserved & we had to stay upstairs which was so difficult. I had a hip replacement surgery recently and I couldn't help bringing in our things. Going upstairs was torture. We would have moved to another motel but we didn't have enough money to pay for another place & hope for a reimbursement from these people. I would not recommend to anyone. The place was full & they were too cheap to clean the place or make sure it was clean The people who were supposed to clean this room should be fired!

They dnt clean they juat wipe what was used tub was filthy..

They need to mop and disinfect the rooms..they only clean what was needed..

Room was nasty.Floor haven't been swept.Spider webs under air conditioner unit.No towels.. Mirrors haven't been cleaned look like weeks., lampshades dusty. Told front desk she act like it was not a problem.

The room that my husband and I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep. The staff members that we met were very friendly and helpful. We had requested a room on the bottom floor and it was provided. Check-in and Check-out were both handled very quickly and the people were so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and have always been very satisfied. The location is very easy to find and to get to.

The breakfast did not have as many items as we would have liked, but what they did have was very good. Especially the juice, coffee and the muffins. The only other complaint I have is that the air conditioner in the room was a little noisy. Other than that, everything was great!

It’s very noisy because it’s along l-20 HW , also during my booking it says breakfast is included but there were only coffee and nature’s bar to grab.

Staff was nice but there was an unsavory element to the hotel in the extended stay areas.

The room was not clean - floors, bathroom and furniture were all dirty! Toilet has not been cleaned recently!!!! I would never stay here again!
