I didn't have the breakfast - the location was lovely - my husband and I used to stay here all the time when we were in Mesa and we always loved it! Also, your front desk staff was wonderful!!!

I almost froze to death in my room! I couldn't get the temperature above 72 and there were no extra blankets . . . Room service also took over two hours - there were extenuating circumstances which were explained to me upon delivery and my meal was comped, so I was satisfied.

Dirty elevators and drippy bathtub

The lobby staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The location was very good, close to the Mesa Art Center. The free public parking was convenient. The place generally looked clean.

The restaurant and AZ Brew were more typical of a motel; poor menu selections. The bar was minimal and ran out of beer on tap. I ended up going to a sports bar for dinner. The breakfast buffet was OK but not great. Having to use room key to operate the elevator was bizarre. The price was not commensurate with the experience.

Did not use the breakfast facility as we considered prices too high. Had problems with elevator, sink in bathroom, and how to adjust heat (had to call main desk if you wanted heat vs A/C. ) which was NOT EXPLAINED to us.

Was not explained special ways to utilize elevator, adjust heating in room, bathroom drain did not drain water properly. Cost of hotel, although same as surrounding hotels was HIGH for what we got.

We were pro.used an early check in to attend a 4pm wedding...no room was had available.
