Room was very spacious with nice kitchen facility. The staff were very professional and friendly. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Location was good.

The hotels pipes burst so we listened to the alarms from midnight until 2am the staff was rude everything was soaked and damp and we didn’t get our breakfast because that was a huge room that got flooded

I liked the suite and how close it was
I didn’t like that the pool was out of use, the tv channels weren’t working and we couldn’t watch the ball drop, the room smelt very bad when we walked in, the drain in the shower did not work

coffee was hot and offered 24hrs through out. employees at breakfast was friendly and nice
house keeping lady did not want to give me a towel. I asked super nice , told her it was for my toddler . she insisted I go to the front desk and get on . I asked again and finally she did and had attitude about it. cigarette burns on carpet under a sofa chair. dirty room . not worth the price of room

The beds/sheets were so visibly dirty we had to ask for new sheets, It seemed as though the room was not cleaned before we came in. This would always be an issue, but with COVID issues and traveling with my young children I really felt I was putting us all at risk.

Couch in room was dirty stains all over it.... The breakfast in am Monday was horrible, would have preferred to have a bag breakfast...

The location was great. The hotel is near Walmart so you can pick up any last minute necessities.
Great location and a friendly staff. The only downside is that they did not provide enough linens and towels for the room, but I did get them from the front desk. They also cleaned the rooms every 3 days, but did not provide enough garbage bags for us to keep our own room clean. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

Their pool and continental breakfast was great!! The fact that Walmart is right across the street walking distance is a plus. We played music at the pool and it was great that the pool was open until 12am. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
