Location Beds very comfortable

Bathroom was in need of some small repairs. Toilet was cracked. Curtain rod holder was pulling away from wall. Bathtub/shower did not drain properly.

This hotel is about 1 hour drive from Grand Canyon so i definitely recommend it to stay here if you want to visit the Canyon. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was big and spacy. There was free parking in the hotel. And the breakfast was excellent!! Anything you need to start your day full of energy!! Also they dont keep a deposit from credit card as all the other hotels we stayed in USA. That was a BIG possitive for us!!

Rooms dont have good soundproof. Thats not a problem in my eyes, but i had to mention for other travellers who may need that info. Nothing else.

All staff was very friendly.

Desk chair in need of repair. Had room key problems. One key didn’t work at all. By the second day both had to be rekeyed.

Breakfast was very good. Hostess was very attentive to making sure there was enough food out at all time. Coffee was good.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, WLAN und kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück (ab 6 Uhr) war gut. Es gab Rührei, Wurstpatties, Würstl, Bagels, Toast, Muffins, Waffeln, Säfte, Joghurt, Müsli, Milch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade. Frühstücksbereich mit ausreichend Plätzen.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wenn man im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer hat, hört man jeden einzelnen Schritt im Zimmer darüber. Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Amazing locations!

Dirty and moldy shower. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Shower certain nasty.

Convenient locations for attractions we were visiting. Breakfast was decent and included with room. Friendly staff.

Beds very uncomfortable. Not enough towels for the amount of people booked to room. Had to ask for more. If two people two sets , if three people three sets would be appropriate. Shower was very slippery.

This inn was a excellent , comfortable ,relaxing ,very quite place to stay, it had 24 hour tea and coffee room. The breakfast had a large variety of items ,milk cereals ,waffle making ,fry food, bread ,toast , bagels butter, jam as well, that was the items that we ate. It had ample parking all round the inn with security access to doors. All around the property making it easier to excess to your room. It also had indoor pool and jacuzzi. The staff was extremely helpful making this a pleasant location to stay.

too many tables in the breakfast room so it was difficult to get through. refrigerator in the room was not plugged in and it smelled bad.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Also super clean. Great customer service.

The bathrooms are a little tight and the shower heads were a little low.

loved how accommodating the staff was! also very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was great. we loved the coffee and hot chocolate room! we don’t drink coffee so we really appreciated the hot chocolate! thanks for a great stay!

would’ve loved a fitness room, but the staff was accommodating with the pool hours. this was a game changer and I would suggest just changing the pool hours. since the majority of guests go to the Grand Canyon, by the time you come home and eat dinner, it is late and so extending the pool hours is necessary. that was one of our favorite parts of our experience. we love swimming and jacuzzing. I also appreciated them letting me swim early morning for my workout since they didn’t have a fitness room. we will be back!

The pool area was very cold to sit and watch your children. Not enough lighting in by the corner table. There was lots of room but not enough counter type space to put things you use.

Breakfast was great, love that you serve sausage and eggs plus more. .. the bed was very comfortable!!

The staff was amazing, friendly and accomodating. The Hotel was clean, met all our needs and we would Definietly stay with Comfort Inn again.

The driveway was a bit slippery with the ice and snow and could/should be maintained more for safety under certain weather condtions.
