Location was good. Breakfast was average. Front desk,Jon, was very helpful & provided a coupon for dinner. Walking distance to the brewery.

Personeel kon wel wat vriendelijker zijn en meer aandacht hebben voor de gasten zoals dat wel het geval is bij een ander hotel van de zelfde organisatie.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Williams, Arizona, is conveniently located in very close proximity to all the bustling shops and restaurants along Route 66. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly good and delicious. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Too many times we have stayed in hotels were it smelled like cigarettes or mold. This hotel stay however, was great and highly recommended. Just stay away from
the indoor pool.
The indoor pool facilities. Upon entry, no towels available. You are immediately greeted by an overwhelming smell of bad pool chemicals which get gradually worse when you activate the hot tub. All pools smell like chlorine somewhat but this was extreme. The hot tub seemed to be recovering from a bad algae outbreak as the plaster seemed brown and green, which probably explains the overwhelming chemical smell. The ceiling is peeling and sheets are falling apart. The regular pool is not heated. So you go from either cold to very hot water. Just skip the pool experience.

Breakfast is so delicious! I enjoyed the egg white vegi omelets with sausage gravy & a freshly baked cinnamon roll 😋 with hot tea ☕️
The pool area is nice & the water is refreshing with a view of ponderosa pines all around 🌲
The view from the upper level is so beautiful overlooking the mountains & town 😍
I will definitely be back for another visit along with my grandchildren ❤️
I didn't like that you can not close the curtain to make the room dark.

We booked this hotel because of the pool.
I even checked when I booked and it was open, once we arrived, we were told it was closed for repairs. We had kids with us that were so disappointed and still got charged the regular rate.

When we arrived they said booking.com over booked and didn’t have any rooms available. We drove around to find a different hotel and booked a room directly from that hotel.

Breakfast was good.
I didn’t like that at the entrance door looks like someone spilled some sort of a drink and the staff didn’t clean it up until the next day and that doesn’t look good Also they didn’t put enough toilet paper in the bathroom.

staff not available when calling front desk no one answered. toilet was clogged. issue with tv. sofa was all ripped.

The location in Williams is perfect. Plenty to do in the area food, drinks and activities. Grocery store and fuel stations near by.
The room was cleaned minimally definitely aging quickly.. and room 2009 well views a bit obscured of the mountains lol still visible though. Floors are thin I heard people pretty regularly through the night
