The hotel is newly renovated and was a pleasure to stay in. We were upgraded at check in for free to a room that had 2 queen beds in a massive room. Everything in the room is clean and new. The bed was very comfortable and there was little to no noise from the street below at night. There is free on-site parking and a supermarket directly opposite the hotel within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the best place you can stay in Williams Arizona. Brand new remodel and done very well. So clean we were completely satisfied with the hotel.

They give you a lot of pillows on your king size bed, and they are all sleeping pillows, but they are so big and full. I think they need to have some that are thinner and squishier for people that prefer that type of pillow.

I did like the location, close to Williams downtown, railroad station, next to a grocery store. The heater worked really well, the room was large and it fit two queen beds comfortably. It also included a table and bench chair so you can eat there. Parking is readily available and you can kinda have covered parking.

The problem is that it doesn't come with a microwave or mini-fridge, you have to go down to a kitchenette area to heat up your food or get a coffee. The ice machine is in the kitchenette area but there are no buckets there or on in your room. Housekeeping will only come upon request, so fair enough, but then when I requested it they said that maybe they would get to it, if they had time. So nobody came to change the sheets or sweep or leave a roll of toilet paper. The front desk is staffed randomly, a person was trying to check-in at 9 pm and the front desk had a sign that said we are closed, if you need to check-in go to this other motel to get your key. I went at 11 am trying to check-out and no one was at the desk, they would be back promptly but after 1/2 hour I just left.
