Lage war super, in der Nähe der Kreuzfahrt-Anlegestelle. Die meisten Angestellten waren sehr nett.

Leider war ein Angestellter an der Rezeption sehr arrogant. Seine Kollegen hingegen waren super nett und freundlich.

Friendly staff, location great to explore manhattan by foot.

The hotel is old and looks like it hasn’t had any work done since opening. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the guests next door drying their hair or watching tv, the windows are terrible and let street noise and cold come through, breakfast is mostly pre-packaged products, nothing fresh, there is no coffee/tea in room and everything in the small mini-fridge is expensive and not healthy. The bar and restaurant that appears on the photos is no longer in operation at all. On top of all this they charged us for a movie we did not watch and are refusing to refund the amount. I would not recommend this hotel.

We asked to be moved from our original room. The location was very noisy and the room had a few minor inconveniences. The staff accommodated the request within the day.

Air conditioning in the room is very noisy. Windows don’t block out sound very well.

Ink 48 was slick, clean, well-staffed and well-located. Everything ran very smoothly and reception were quick, relaxed and efficient with any queries. The room was immaculately clean and exactly as described - I stayed in King suite with city view. I found location was ideal - fifteen minute walk to Central Park, with plenty of good food and drink options around Hell’s Kitchen itself.

It was pricy but that’s more a reflection of New York than of the hotel itself.

Tip! Das ist günstig und per Bahn wäre es, allein schon wegen der Lage und Uhrzeit (Rushhour) absoluter Stress gewesen.

- keine Rooftop-Bar mehr!!! (schon seit Ende letzten Jahres) - Zimmer entsprach nicht der gewählten Kategorie: Wir hatten Premium Upper Floor gebucht, mit zwei Fenstern über Eck wegen der tollen angepriesenen Aussicht. Bekommen haben wir 11te Etage, großer Raum mit langem Flur, ein mittelgroßes Fenster in der Ecke mit minimalem Blick auf die Intrepid und die Wand des Nebengebäudes. Bei Bitte um Zimmerwechsel hieß es salopp: "First come, first serve". Andere Gäste. die früher da waren, haben also die guten Zimmer gekriegt die man auf den Bildern sieht und wir eben das, was noch da war. Der Preis blieb aber gleich hoch. Absolut inakzeptabel! Am nächsten Tag haben wir noch mal gefragt. Hier war das Personal plötzlich sehr engagiert und wir durften das neue Zimmer (14te Etage, Panoramafenster mit ungestörtem Blick auf Midtown) uns sogar vorher anschauen. - Zimmer etwas abgelebt (Schminkspiegel hing in beiden Zimmern am seidenen Faden, Steckdose am Nachttisch fällt fast raus) - sehr teure Minibar-Preise - das Hotel ist wirklich recht weit ab vom Schuss (zu Fuß ca. 15min zur nächsten Metrostation)

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden, ruime kamer. Prettige locatie. Relatief rustige buurt. Lekkere koffie (woensdag tot zondag).

Jammer dat de rooftopbar dicht was, wat we hebben begrepen gaat alles in mei weer open. Dan kun je als je wil ook wat ontbijt halen in het hotel. Afstand metro, kwartiertje lopen, prima te doen voor ons, maar wel goed om te weten.

Das Hotel liegt ca 10 Minuten von der nächsten Ubahnstation entfernt (50 St.). Zu den Hudson Yards sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige Restaurants sowie Bars. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer im 12. Stock & eine sehr tolle Aussicht auf sie Skyline. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Täglich wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und entsprechend aufgeräumt. Das Personal, besonders am Eingang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lobby war sehr modern & recht neu. Wissenswert ist, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird - jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit einen Coffee-To-go mitzunehmen.

Die Lounge, welche auf den Fotos erkennbar ist, samt Restaurant, hat seit Januar 2024 geschlossen. Das Zimmer ansich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - für uns nicht weiter schlimm, jedoch für hätte der Preis deswegen etwas günstiger sein können. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, sodass man lautes Gerede im Gang sowie das Türen zufallen lassen sehr gut hören konnte.

Er was geen pressroom lounge, restaurant noch bar. Daarmee was wel geadverteerd. Dus de kamer is goed, maar daarmee is alles gezegd.

Room itself was good - very spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly - especially cleaning staff and porters, I was very impressed.

False advertising. The images showed rooftop bar and restaurant of which both were closed and inaccessible to guests. This was not communicated beforehand and had this been, I would have asked for a full refund and booked elsewhere. I paid for a city view which I did not receive as I was only on the 5th floor. Again, false advertising. I complained multiple times asking to move rooms to which a staff member said I could move to 14th floor. Once I was packed and ready to move, I asked reception which room I could move into to find that staff had changed and all rooms on higher floors were overbooked. Very disappointing. I will not go back here.

Me and my friends took a girls trip to NYC and specifically chose this hotel because of the beautiful rooftop view and the stylish/modern vibes of the hotel! I chose to spend an extra $50 per day for a room on a higher floor with a better view and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! The view was breathtaking and I loved waking up to it every morning. I think the price was absolutely worth it, especially when I was looking around I found that this was one of the most affordable hotels in the area. I also really enjoyed the staff who were extremely nice and helpful and were always cracking jokes with us when we would be in the lobby. The rooftop view pictured is the rooftop bar that is connected to the hotel and you can get there via elevator in the lobby. They do check for ID so take that into consideration.

I think the bathrooms were quite outdated compared to the rest of the room and the hotel. That would be my biggest complaint about this hotel. If they renovated the bathrooms I would probably consider this my go-to NYC hotel. Another thing to note is that the main subway line is about a 10-15 minute walk away, which may be inconvenient if you rely on subways to get around. For us, we choose to take lyft/uber anyways so it was not a problem for us.

Great view, great staff, and everything looked sharp.

Location was perfect. We left on a cruise the following morning and only had to walk 5 min. To the port.

The restaurant and bar on top were both closed. Toilet seat was broke on one of the hinges, chipped outlet and trash can. View was not good.

There was no place just to get a drink, not even a vending machine. Also, their website says there's a coffee maker in the room, but there is not.

Wonderful property and staff was very helpful. Room (Hudson Suite) was spacious, cozy, with an amazing view.

Microwave does not come in the room, however you can request one and they will bring it to the room if one is available. Larger trash cans in living room and bathroom would be helpful. The trash fills very quickly with the smaller cans. The mini fridge is pretty small. A bit of a challenge storing any leftovers or other snacks/beverages that need to be refrigerated. Parking is a challenge. The hotel offers valet which ranges from $80-$90 per DAY, which is absurd.

Wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer (2× Doppelbett). Betten sind sehr gut. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Wasserhahn beim Waschbecken ist etwas unvorteilhaft montiert. Man kommt beim Gesichtwaschen nicht wirklich zum laufenden Wasser. WC war einmal verstopft - wurde umgehend behoben. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Market mit sehr leckerem Frühstück, ... (Foto)

U-Bahn ist etwas weit entfernt (ca. 15 min. Gehzeit). Ist bei An- und Abreise mit den Koffern ein wenig mühsam. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage für Sightseeing. Nachts zum Teil laut - Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.
