Never saw it. There was a huge storm and no one was able to drive due to the road conditions The semi-a were even sitting on the side of road due to zero visibility

I did not have breakfast. I was there for the Leading Ladies Marathon, and we left at 5:00. It was around 10:30 when we got back and I just headed back home.
The service at Lucky"s Pub is terrible. I sat in the restaurant for over an hour and was not waited on at all. I was seated and given a menu but nothing after that. I finally left after another couple who came in later was seated and received their food.

Pool was closed, nobody mentioned that during booking.
Bathrooms were dirty, one room wouldn’t drain and had stuff floating in it. Dirty Q tip on our vanity. (We didn’t have q tips so not ours)

Toilet ran every 15 minutes. Pool was under renovation and it was the only reason I picked the hotel.

Well they should post on the website that the pool and hot tub are under construction. I would not have stayed there for a fun soccer weekend with the kids if I had known we wouldn’t be able to swim. That is 3/4 of the fun when you go out of town.

Staff was nice and the restaurant attached to hotel was good value and food.
Couple weeks after booked got a phone call saying the pool and hot tub were being renovated. Was not offered a discount or anything. Especially for just a plain queen room with two queen beds. Nothing special. Toilet ran all night. Was an ok experience.

Large gathering area by the pool for family to get together.
The restaurant / bar were good.
We arrived on a Saturday and left on Tuesday.
Our room was never attended to. No new towels, beds not made and trash not removed.
There was also a room service tray in the hall when we arrived Saturday and it sat out there in the hall until Tuesday Morning. 🤯

This hotel has been a Spearfish mainstay for many years. Great location easy access on & off I90, great place to stay for days tris in the Northern Hills and ski resorts. Beds are very comfortable.

Room very nice. View surrounding pool aeea.area.. Both our rooms were next to each other which was great! Your only elevator is ery small and in a difficult spot for a scooter to enter. My husband had some problems getting into the elevator, so for the disability aspect of maneuvering around, not ideal. The pool was FREEZING. Rock flooring surrounding the pool was very hard to walk on
Whirlpool was nice. Roomy and a good temperature. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff replenishing food items in a timely manner. They Helped me get my food to the table I am disabled and they were so helpful!! Staff at front desk upon arriving and lchecking out in the morning were fantastic. The guy with the purple hair ( I don't recall his name, sorry) was a hoot. Funny, knowledgeable, gave me direction to some local restaurants. Hr made sure everything was good with our reservation. The morning staff on our check out went above and beyond my expectations. It was a quick easy checkout. They were both so friendly and helpful!!! Our stay at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Spearfish was excellant. Thank you so much for you amazing hospitality. We had booked a reservation at the Hampton in Spearfish for 2 rooms. When I call to confirm. They only had 1 room left. We needed 2, which I had booked for. They were so rude at the Hampton. So really glad we booked at your convention Center. Thank you again. Your facility is Excellant!!!
Pool FREEZING, rock flooring surrounding pool very uncomfortable to walk on. AC in bedroom area and living room area VERY noisy.
