Great location. The staff was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the pull out couch. Replaced ours that had several broken springs.

The property was clean. Some of the morning house keeping staff were quite nice.

It’s more dated than advertised, and the breakfast has no variety. The carpet in the room was torn. The hot tub was freezing, but someone came to fix that, and it got a little better. Also, the lights were off in the pool area (at 2 in the afternoon!). The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. One of them told me to leave the lobby with my “pet” because his mother-in-law is allergic to dogs. My dog is a registered ESA; I’d just shown him her registration card. Also, my ESA was leashed, under control, and not really very near to the other woman in the lobby.
