The hotel was great. Clean for being as old as it is.

The management. I had a death in the family, I had to cancel 2 of my 3 night stay but was still charged for the room I didn't stay in.

The pool was so nice & warm. Donnie was very personable!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was clean, spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! There was coffee 24/7 and the pool area has an amazing view of the South Dakota Hills. We plan to return to Spearfish and will not hesitate to come back here. Thank you!

The employee Donnie was awsome and made us feel welcome and at home.

The front desk employee was friendly and informative. The entire place was neat and clean. The location is great, right of the Interstate. We have stayed there numerous times and have never been disappointed.

The beds are a little soft, we like a very firm mattress, but they were clean and that's important to us.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are well cared for. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This is our favorite place to stay in the Black Hills. We will be back. Good job!

There were available rooms when we needed. Pool not crowded

Phone was filled with milk, hot water didn't work until we realized the plumbing was backwards and you had to turn on the cold water to get hot water and turn on the hot water to get cold water.

Friendly staff.

The grab bag meal is a lazy replacement for food.
