the rooms were clean. breakfast was very good

We were given a room that was occupied by someone. We actually went in the room where people were sleeping

Bathroom door rubbed floor when opening/closing. Very loud especially during the night

Tv had a strange resolution...small area of video with huge black frame around it. Unable to correct it with the remote.

Customer Service was amazing. Night clerk (initials were KC) from Friday and Saturday night was the best.

No towels available Saturday night. — Front desk clerk did find a few pool towels/face towels for us to use. No hot water Sunday morning around 7:15. had to take cold shower.

The water is gross. not the hotels fault, the whole town has nasty water. Someone was smoking weed on our floor, so as soon as we got off the elevator that was our first smell. Again not the hotels fault. Its Louisiana.

Clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available IN the shower. Excellent breakfast choices. The front desk staff was superb. I wish i could remember the young lady’s name that checked me in because she was so welcoming and courteous!

The breakfast was yummy. The bed was comfy.

Swimming pool was dirty. No towels available. Phones not working. Staff didn’t seem to care. TV picture did not fill the screen. Didn’t seem up to normal Holiday Inn standards

The young lady, Kat that handled our check in was outstanding. I’d give her a 10!!!

The breakfast was very good. They had an employee fix your plate from the buffet instead of allowing guests to handle the utensils, due to COVID this was great.

Bathroom was flooded. Light fixture was hanging by wires in bathroom. Could never find staff member at front desk that night to voice concerns. Got moved to new room which smelled like cigarette smoke.
