Liked the kitchenette. Was able to make Coffee how I like it, with a Kettle and drip pot. Room was kozy. Great value.

Skimpy pillows, no blanket on bed. Was very loud. Rooms aren't insulated very well to block out sound. Bed wasn't comfortable.

Is very nice and quiet  Also an amazing stuff workers.

The parking lot I think should be a little bigger,  to make the hotel a lot better would be breakfast in the morning time

The front desk staff was amazing

Some of the construction workers were a little loud and in and out. But they were polite and friendly.

They lost our reservations and claimed to be all booked up

compared to when it 1st open this property is going down! the room I had was filthy!!!!! hair on the floor beside the toilet, floor was so nasty I couldn’t walk on it w/o shoes! the hall way carpet is disgusting as well

I did not stay at this hotel. I went to the meting hotel in front of it. The woman at the desk called Woodspring to confirm that was where I had a reservation. She identified herself and the Woodspring clerk replied “I know who you are I have caller ID”. The tone was curt and impolite in addition to unprofessional. I decided immediately that I would not stay there due to the bad attitude and curt response. I am very unhappy that this facility charged me for a room on a property I never set foot On. The reason I did not go was the staff. I apparently will be forced to pay, but their company will never see another dime from me as the money they took was improper, and frankly, it was theft. Room and parking were great and also desk clerk very accommodating.

Could have had more towels available initially.

The bed was soft, very comfortable, pillows felt like feather/down pillows, I'm not sure if they were, but they were nice. No clock, blow dryer, coffee maker in the room and a blow dryer wasn't available. I think you get what you pay for, but the bed was comfortable. Coffee was good the next morning in the lobby.

I like it because it was a clean safe place to stay that people had to have several ways of keys to get in there couldn't just walk in I loved it I came twice within the 2 months time

The maid service you do not have made service as a daily but it was okay I was comfortable making plans

The woman who checked me in was nice and funny

Said there was a hot tub but there wasn't. We are OTR hauler's and look for some relief for our bodies so hot tubs or pools are important.
