Check in was easy .
Night staff was very rude to my daughter over the vending machine taking my daughters money.. I have a bad back and the elevator was broken and of course the only room they could give us was on the second floor..

No remote for the television the first night, a/c unit was leaking water. Mold in the restroom

They are trying to upgrade the hotel with new paint, new furnishings and new bedding. The beds were fairly comfortable. The front desk attendant was helpful with changing our room. More work is definitely needed.
In their attempts to upgrade/remodel, there were holes left in the walls beside the tub and toilet. The bathroom door was repainted but the hinges were still old and rusty. The water was yellow. The second and third floors were upgraded/remodeled first. There were no first floor rooms due to the remodeling - and the elevator was broken! For an 83 yr old woman, that wasn't too good! Also, the terrible odor we smelled outside was found coming from a dead rat at the end of the stairwell!!

Water doesn't get hot. Was told its a microwave and fridge in room and it wasn't. LIGHT BULBS WERE MISSING OUT THE LAMPS

The sheets were very dirty. There was literal feces on the bathroom wall. There were bugs in the room and shower. I ended up buying a sheet set, towels, and bleach wipes from Walmart to clean the room because the room was so dirty. They also require a $50 cash deposit that isn't mentioned online. The attendant that checked us in was extremely rude. The only reason I stayed is because it's non refundable.

The whole experience was terrible! The room was very nasty, unclean and had dirty linen. I did not stay at the room, I only left my families clothes in the room for the first day. The water was brown and there was hair all over the tub and the toilet was broken. The water was luke warm at best. Terrible nasty hotel and I'm just glad I didn't see bedbugs.

The room was horrible. Smelled bad. Bathroom door was so rotten that it was in pieces and couldnt even be closed. They were working in room next to mine from 7am to 9pm. Noise was unbearable. I left and did not stay for my secind night. Was refused a refund when i checked out at 9am the next morning.

The front desk attendant was very friendly.
Room was not really clean. Dust on surfaces, some sort of yellowish-brown goo streaked down the bathroom wall. Refrigerator didn't work-ruined leftovers. Ice machine was out-warm drinks. Elevator was out, fortunately we were on the bottom floor. Marquee sign stated rooms starting at $57/night. Not true!

Only that the room was clean
The amount I was charged not what booking .com quoted. And then the people who worked there didn't even have there rooms right. I got a knock 3 times in one morning for check out and it wasn't our day to check out. So my sleep got rudely interrupted

It’s a red roof. Everything I expected. Bed was cleaned and towels were replaced. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t see any pests, roaches/bedbugs, etc.
The window AC was loud and needed to run nonstop to keep room cool.
