During our recent 3-night stay at this motel in Los Angeles, we had an excellent experience that exceeded our expectations. From its convenient location to the comfortable accommodations and friendly staff, everything contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features of this motel is its prime location. Situated very close to Griffith Park, we were able to explore the park on foot, taking in its natural beauty and attractions without the need for transportation. Additionally, the motel was surrounded by a variety of Asian restaurants, offering a diverse culinary experience. The presence of multiple stores in the area made it incredibly convenient for any shopping needs. The staff at the motel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were helpful in providing recommendations and ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The presence of a working laundry room was an added convenience, allowing us to freshen up our clothes during our extended visit. Despite its central location, the motel managed to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment. We were pleasantly surprised by the minimal noise disturbance, enabling us to relax and sleep soundly. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the beds offered a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Throughout our stay, we felt safe in the area. While there were occasional homeless individuals nearby, they never posed a threat or bothered anyone. The presence of convenient parking spots further added to the ease and convenience of our stay.

Great little hotel. Good size room, lovely pool, great location. Supermarket across the road. Walking distance to Hollywood hall of fame. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

Decor is a bit dark but otherwise all was good.

Locations and price are great. Selena at the front desk is a treasure to the owners! Thank you for everything! The staff were all friendly and helpful

There was remodel one Sunday morning but I understand the need, and after talking to the front, they managed to curtail the issue and still get work done. Amazing staff!

this location was right next to a lot of stores and restaurants and was close to Universal studios

The location of the hotel was excellent when going to Universal Studios. It was a short drive to get there.

The bathroom was not totally clean. Each night other people staying at the hotel were very loud outside of our room, making a lot of noise from early morning through about 3:30-4:00 am. We assume that they were drunk. This was no fault of the hotel, but this happened both nights of our stay.

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful!

Unfortunately before arriving in LA I didn’t realise how bad the area was - Hollywood area is full of homelessness and isn’t the nicest. Also pretty sure I saw a hooker coming out of one of the rooms with a guy 😅 So seedy would be the word.

Only good thing is location

Great location, just 1/2 block from the train station and buses across the street. Comfortable room. Friendly staff, they were able to check me in early with no charge. I will stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. For this price the hotel was OKAY but it could be better.

We got a room on the ground level. Every night some people were talking very loudly in front of our door and they were playing some spain music on the phone. I I haven't slept a single whole night. The worst thing were bed bugs. My husband was bitten while staying there in several places on the body. Terrible...

Floors on upper floor are not solid construction so noise from above is very prominent. Location a bit questionable, albeit close to the Metro and a bus stop. Nothing was too bad but hotel is overpriced and is 2* at most.

I liked how easy it was to check in, and even though the room reaked of bleach, at least i knew it was clean.

The location wasn't too ideal but it was convenient that there was a grocery store across the street

Room was good size and bed was comfortable. We have stayed before and location is handy to shops and supermarket for supplies.

Some of the staff were very rude. When we arrived early we knowing we wouldn't be able to check in, we just wanted to store our bags we were made to feel very unwelcome. However when we came back to actually check in a different staff member was on reception and he was very helpful.

The room was very clean, and reasonably comfortable, location is great, we were allowed early check iwhich was much appreciated after a long flight.

I would like another chair in the bathroom and less noisy air conditioner.
