The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The TV didn’t work. Someone checked it out and asked if I wanted a new room. I said no thanks. I should have been offered at least a free breakfast. The door had such a big gap that I could hear everyone talking outside. The walk way to my room and the stairs had garbage on the ground.

I appreciate the positive aspect of the hotel, which is the excellent service provided by the staff.

There is almost no breakfast available; the only option is cold bread. I didn't see any hot food there. Additionally, there is no bottled water provided, and you need to buy it yourself at Whole Foods. I even noticed old, dark bloodstains on the bed sheets, clearly indicating that they were not properly cleaned. Moreover, upon entering the room, I detected a very musty odor, as if the room had been vacant for a long time. There were scattered substances on the floor, and I couldn't tell if it was red wax or something else. They were present in many corners of the room, but I didn't dare to examine them closely.

It is conveniently located.

The bed had a foam pad we think over the mattress that over hung the bed. It was difficult to get in and out of bed. My husband almost fell out of bed . 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel was provided in the room upon arrival. We expected that with the facility being part of Green Tree that the facility would have been in better exterior condition. We have stayed there many times in the past. This was the first time since June of 2018 due to illness that we were able to return to Pasadena.

The location, it was close to downtown

It was dirty and old, the room wasn’t clean at all and looked very dirty, not maintained and a lot of things broken in the room

breakfast was a joke! I couldn’t find anything to eat. no fruit no choices for people with special diet needs. chose this location because they offered breakfast. but it was awful. even my husband could not find anything edible and he eats anything
