L'emplacement sur Colorado Boulevard est parfait. La chambre est très bien équipée.

La chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours, uniquement sur demande. Le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité avancée par l'établissement. Imprimer une facture aura relevé de l'exploit et aura induit 1000 soupirs de l'employé. Les employés ne sont pas du standing avancé par l'hôtel.

Lighting in bathroom area at mirror was poor and hard to see to put on makeup and shave.

The lobby, outside area and pool are all quaint and cute, dog friendly and the shower has great water pressure!

Rooms are very small, Direct TV only, so no movie choices, have to ask for microwave/blow dryer in room, no coffe in room either and bath towels feel like sandpaper. There is a smell of Marijuana in lobby, so not sure if this is because there happens to be a dispensary right next door. I was also disappointed that the market lights in the outdoor sitting area never came on. There are no tables in the room, so if you want to just hang out or eat this outside sitting area could have been more enjoyable without kids running around and market lights on.

Easy to check in, lovely facilities. I liked the overall feel of the hotel, being classic and historic but updated where it counts. Other reviews mentioned the rooms being too small or strange with the frosted glass from the shower being visible in the bedroom, but as a solo traveler it was cozy, clean, well appointed and great for my stay. The pool deck is also incredible!

Some things I expected in any hotel weren't there, as other reviews have mentioned: no coffee in room, breakfast wasn't free, and parking on-site was pricey.

Room quite large and housekeeping pretty good. Very silent, no noise from the other rooms or the street. Good pool, even if a bit crowded. Very nice the hall with several entertainments. really appreciated the garden.

the bathroom had no separation and privacy with the room; sink, shower and toilet were not separated by the rest of the room, not suitable as double room (and uncomfortable even as single room). Staff is uncaring, no help or information was provided on the rules/laws to park the car in the street (29$ were requested to benefit from the hotel self-parking), some room charges have been applied but no information on those was provided at the check out, we are still waiting any email reply from the hotel manager.

Nice hotel, beautiful lounge.

Breakfast missing. They do provide some things, but not a proper breakfast. Many places to eat close by, but not open early in the morning. I had to add another day, but that would have been twice as expensive.

No drink facilities in the room even tho it advertised that there was??!! You should provide water in the rooms at the very least! breakfast should be included for the prices you charge! Parking was ridiculous money on top 29 dollars ! Bought 1 small beer from the bar 9 dollars shocking and don’t stay here on a Monday ! All the local restaurants were closed! Had to get a subway :(

Location, appearance.

Room too small for comfort. No breakfast bar. No coffee maker or iron in room. Only cable TV. Coffee is almost $5 per cup. Hardly a heated pool. No one to serve drinks at the pool-bar. On site parking $29 per day. Absolutely insane. Not at all as advertised on Booking.com. Management has traded utility for glitz.

The lobby is beautiful, it's super close to the Rose Bowl, and the staff are very friendly. It's nice that there is parking underneath the hotel ($29/night), and beautiful bar/cafe area available.

Rooms aren't super clean and certain features like air conditioning/fan or vent in bathroom didn't work. Also, I think because we booked our room on Booking.com, they gave us a room on the noisiest floor - right next to the swimming pool.

The room was very nice. The hotel overall was clean.

The customer service was kind of cold, not welcoming.

Love the historic nature of the hotel and the modern updates. Pool area was beautifully situated and parking is needed for that area for sure.

No coffee set up in the room. They make you go to the lobby and purchase it and when I got the yogurt parfait it was almost 10 dollars for four scoops of yogurt with fresh fruit and some granola.

The bar and lobby are classy and very nice. The staff was excellent and very cordial and helpful.

The decor in the rooms was a little dated.
