Hôtel très bien situé, accueil et personnel très sympathique et agréable. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit pendant notre voyage entre San Francisco et Los Angeles. Un très bel hôtel au style californien, avec parking, une chambre spacieuse avec grande salle de bains et tous équipements nécessaires. Literie confortable et petit restaurant attenant Llive Oak café dans lequel on mange très bien, tant pour le dîner que le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hésiter.

The general vibe of the hotel was lovely, very warm and inviting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we loved the location.

Room was quite small and we found it difficult to manoeuvre cases up the stairs without a lift.

We had a two bedroom unit which offered a lot of space. Location was good. Restaurant and pool onsite was great to have.

The carpet was a bit old and dingy and the mattresses could use an upgrade.

My wife and I liked everything in this hotel - the only thing we regretted that we stayed there just 2 nights. And personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was pleasant, clean and the bed linen was really nice. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The outside areas were well maintained and very clean. There was an on-site cafe called "Live Oak". My husband and I had our breakfast there for the 7 days we stayed in the hotel. It was excellent and not overpriced.

If you needed anything, from towels to toilet tissue, you had to ask. My husband and I mostly picked up the items ourselves. In fairness they always supplied everything you asked for and if you weren't able to go and pick them up for yourself, someone brought them to your room. Also had to ask for your room to be cleaned which wouldn't suit everyone.

Recent renovations were an unexpected and pleasant surprise. On site restaurant was a delight serving some of the best food we were served on our trip down the coast. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Lovely staff. Great facilities. Great sized room. Good amount of parking.

Bed was uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle so me and my partner kept rolling in to it. We woke with sore backs, but luckily had 2 queen beds so switched to the other bed, but that wasn’t much better. Also, it was quite noisy so didn’t get the best sleep but no other issues. Would use earplugs next time. Main parts of Santa Barbara are a drive away so would recommend having a car or means of getting around.

Great location for the price.

My room was next to the stairwell so I heard people going up and down. I also heard the person next door on their phone and people upstairs walking around. The location needs to enhance noise abatement.

Was given a spacious room on the ground floor. Because I had not stated I needed a ground floor room upon booking, the staff had to scramble to accomodate me. I had to move to a different room after a couple of days but was given a whole apartment! Kudos to the front desk staff for accomodating me. While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, the Live Oak café is a lovely place for breakfast or simple dinners. I had avocado toast every day in its lovely garden room. I also enjoyed its aviary of finches, which I am told, is a local landmark.

I was happy with my accomodations. Location is also very convenient.
