The hotel is a short walk from the main street, which was great. The room itself was clean with comfy bed. I agree with other reviews though, the sound of the bed frame when you hit it could startle you. Almost like a gong lol But it wasn't a deal breaker for the overall value of the place. Plenty of free onsite parking.

We booked last minute and were looking for an inexpensive place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
There was no morning coffee in the lobby. However, there is an IHOP close by.

Location, cleanliness, the family suites. Also, many rooms have balconies and there is a pool. The place is very clean and the staff is excellent.
It was also within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to great restaurants and activities in Santa Barbara.
Rooms could use some updating. They are very clean but not modern. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this place for a family or a larger party.

Super Lage, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal
Zimmer dreckig, Spinnweben inklusive Spinnen in den Ecken. Komischer Geruch im Zimmer, sehr hellhörig, Handtücher waren verschmutzt. Keine Deckenleuchte im gesamten Raum, lediglich eine Stehlampe und Nachttischlampen.

metal sideboards on bed sounded like a train at times
we had to ask for pillows clean towels and any room service
when we arrived we waited more than 30 minutes for a person to come

The location was perfect to everything I wanted to do. The hotel staff were all very nice. I was allowed to check in early which was helpful. The bathroom was updated which was also nice.
There were bugs on the bathroom floor that I had to kill. The bed was hard and not very comfortable and the sheets were worn and not soft. I had difficulty sleeping due to this.

The location was great.
The floors were filthy. I will upload pictures of the bottom on my feet. Upon arrival, there was only had one towel for the four of us. It took asking 3 times before we finally received more making it very difficult to get ready for a wedding.
