I loved how the reception desk person who assisted us was able to accommodate us to the correct room after assigning the wrong room the first time. Mistakes happen and he took full accountability the error! I greatly appreciated it.

no maid service except when asked for trash to be emptied. although the house cleaners were nice people.

We liked our room. The shower was great. Note that we had a shower and no tub which wasn’t an issue for us. Bed was comfortable and I liked the amenities such as a powerful hair dryer. Not the tiny ones that take forever.
Towels were rough. An extra blanket would’ve been nice. We booked this place based solely on the pool. Our pool time was cut short due to someone getting sick in there which is not the fault of the facility but we were upset nonetheless.

Very clean and friendly staff for check in. The classy restaurant downstairs for my wife and I and the kid loved the light ambiance in the room. Very good on attention to detail and pleased with overall stay. Great job and excellent experience we will be back for. Thanks for caring it shows. The bar tender made the absolute best drinks complimenting balance and its finest.
The king bed barley seemed bigger than the queen In the double room.

When I checked in, I was given a key card to a room that already had someone staying in it. The most inconvenient issue was that my PASSPORT WAS STOLEN FROM MY ROOM (there are no safes in the room and I was in a wedding and didn't want to carry it around with me - I thought it was safe - BIG MISTAKE!). This was a huge inconvenience as I was supposed to fly home to Canada the next day, but couldn't. I incurred additional costs to change flights and had to cross into Canada over a land border. I did not feel that the staff took it seriously and I still haven't heard from them, even though they said they would follow up .
