Front desk clerk (Jonas?) was amazing. So welcoming, so friendly, said hello everytime I walked by. Genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Also, spent 2 hours at the lobby bar one night and had a great bartender (never got her name but she was asian with glasses and younger than the other bartenders). She made great drinks and was attentive and friendly. Both of these employees are the best at what they do.

The last night of my stay there was a non stop party next door (room 8023?). I've never called for security in my life but had to call them 3 times with the first call right before 9 pm and the final call around 5 am. This was completely ridiculous. There had to have been at least a dozen people in the room at all times. I have all the texts from when I reached out to Hyatt to have them end the party. Didn't sleep at all that night and I was flying to Florida the next morning. I don't usually look for compensation but thought I would be offered more than several apologies. No compensation was offered.

I booked it so long ago that I’d forgotten breakfast was included. I wasnt reminded of this or any other facilities available to me when I checked in.

Close to airport, Nice appearance, Service was fine, room cleanlyness was good, Transportation to airport was good. Startrek Convention was okay during the day.

There was a convention of StarTrek convention had a very, very late party that lasted till past 2 AM into Sunday which was very noisy and my wife and I could not fall asleep until it ended. We needed to be at the airport @ 8:30 AM on Sunday.

Beautiful Hotel and Vik (spell?) who checked us in was so welcoming and provided us exceptional customer service. Employees like him make you want to come back to the Hotel. A place to eat was also a plus and we had a wonderful meal with outstanding service. Outside of the dining area we met an employee name Luci who worked in the shop that you can pick up a snack. What a delightful person!

The bathroom in our room (3105) could use towel racks and a hook behind the door as many women have hanging bags with personal items and also could be used to hang your clothes as there is no where to hang your clothes to bathe. Nice room other than that.

They charge a arm and a leg for parking and the staff is so rude both the restaurants and hotel night crew! The blankets and pillows look like they were never even washed. Disgusting

For reasons unknown to me we were put in a handicap room. We were also told that parking was $40.00. We were not told that there was an hourly parking fee that would have been much cheaper.

The restaurant and location were great.

I would like to have known in advance that parking was $40 as I would have chosen another hotel who does not charge for parking. For the price of the room, I would have expected the curtains to not have been coming off the rod.

The bathroom smell so bad after the cleaning because they didn’t use good cleaning sanitizer. Smell like old mop in our bathroom after the room service. We were very disappointed on the hygiene of the cleaning tools that they used.

Loved the view of the planes taking off and landing. Also, I liked the shade that rolled down to cover the entire window and block out the light from outside. I liked that there was a microwave in the area where the vending machines are. And the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient.

I didn't like the very high prices for things like water, milk, and snacks. The refrigerator in our room had problems. There was a puddle of water at the bottom. The bathroom lacked convenient places to hang towels and the faucets/fixtures seemed like they were about to break.
