I loved that the place was clean.The pools were very satisfying to accommodate kids of all ages.The atmosphere was everything even tho it’s a lot of people/kids it was still refreshing and relaxing.

There’s no jacuzzi.We spent a lot of money to not have free breakfast when it’s a problem when you asked for fresh food.The beds are smaller than I thought

I wasn't satisfied with a breakfast. Small variety of food , I paid for the breakfast but we didn't enjoy that at all. Should be more options of salad Vegetables yogurts Fruits. ( It was nice if you guys had also options of lunch and dinner in your facility for people who stay for a long time Not Only chicken nuggets french fries and pizza) The pool with Slides close early. I was asking few times form reception for extra towels to my room. First cleaning lady bring and the next cleaning lady was taking them clean away. When we came back to the room , there were no extra towels in the room at all. We were more people in the room from the towels.

Only thing I liked about the location that it was close to the theme parks

The Hotel was nothing that it was as posted on line it was typical no water park no nothing to I have no problem paying for anything that worth paying for but this Hotel is no it a waste of money

Cucarachas en los baños, polvo, camas que pican y almohadas rellenas y no cómodas, no sirven las luces, no hacen aseo, parece un motel Y no un hotel, no hay armario, es un hotel viejo y muy sucio tengo videos donde paso el dedo y quedo llena de polvo y los Muebles manchados de bebidas. Nos Tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación y cada vez era una habitación peor, Adicional en una ocasión llegamos de noche y la puerta no abrió nos dejaron sin Nuestras pertenencias por qué se bloqueó la Habitación y la que nos Dieron salían siempre cucarachas del baño Quisimos irnos desde el primer día y por reservar por este medio no nos hacían ningún tipo De reembolso la Verdad que dormimos ahí por no perder la Plata que pagamos con meses de antelación. La zona no es muy segura es peligroso salir a caminar cerca de noche.

Internet connection rarely worked. Horrible connection. I was not able to complete my work. Could not use our cell phones either. Could not take photos because phone would not work without internet.

La chambre parfaite trés grande pour 4 personnes. L'emplacement il est parfait à proximité de tout . Parking juste devant la chambre. L'hotel est immence , il y a plein de chose pour les enfants c'est vraiment genial.

Water Park and Arcade

I had a pool view reservation but instead had a wall in front of my view close to the pool but not exactly the pool view

I liked how all the attractions were not far and easily accessible via the transportation system itrolley! No long wait time and quick back n forth ease. The water park is great for little ones under 15. Older Teenagers not so much. The large slides are great for all ages though. I like how they mix adult fun with access to bars. The arcade was a cool experience as well!

The towels were so hard and little in the room giving a low budget motel vibe. The TV playing movies were set with a narration which was annoying and couldn't change the settings at all. No microwave in the room, only in the gift shop.. major NO! Those are my only gripes, everything else was nice! Especially the staff.

The location

The bedding was smelly, smell like sweat, the towels looked old and overly used, like if people stepped on them, and they washed them without any Clorox. You could heard everything going around you and the people next room. Plus they are making some kind of remodelationon part of their waterpark. They let you know this, after you book your room.

The resort was exceptionally clean! The grounds were updated and nothing out of place. So much staff everywhere. The craft time was great too. Every bathroom was super clean. The water slides were awesome too.

The rooms could use a bit of an update.

The waterpark was great. Super for toddlers and big kids too. The only downside was the weather which no one can control. The staff was very friendly and tried to help us as much as they could.

The rooms were filthy. My little ones feet turn black after only five minutes on the floor. The bedding was dirty and stain. The towels were dirty and stain. We had a total of six rooms between all of us and every room smelled moldy. The bathrooms were old and dirty. We actually moved one of the beds towards the wall and there was something on the floor that appeared to be vomit. I will never stay here again and I brought people from all over Florida and from Ohio to stay for my little ones birthday party. I am so frustrated and upset at the price we paid and how filthy dirty this place was. I was very embarrassed that I had asked people to stay at this hotel.

We came for the Holiday weekend to stay with family. Then we left on our own for an overnight. Coco Key had the best price including the fees for the area, with the bonus of the water park. It was VERY chilly, so we only did a quick run on the slides but still a good value and fun place to stay.

The toilet had a handle flushing issue. I thought the breakfast was included and not "available". Not enough outlets for charging devices in the room. Towels were "meh".

Room was dated, bed were awful, not good lights, looks and feels like a chip motel, pool doors and handrails were falling apart

Location is good and nothing else

very VERY dirty rooms, terrible bedding, creaking bed! When the air conditioning turns on, it's like you're taking off on a plane! More than half water park closed!!! No discount for it …

My stay was amazing the workers were nice pleasant and very helpful. The pools were very nice and fun especially for my son he could not stop going up those slides. After we went in the arcade it was nice clean and lots of fun. The room we stayed in was lovely. I enjoyed myself no complaints five star hotel. Oh almost forgot the best part for me the food was scrumptious included breakfast in our stay and I was never disappointed. Thanks to all the staff who helped in making my stay comfortable and awesome.

I didn't like that my trip came to a end so quickly those five days passed by so fast I guess the saying is true when your having a blast time Flys. No complaints awesome trip lovely hotel pleasant staff.
