It was convenient to the sporting event. Staff was very pleasant.
The mattress was uncomfortable. I could not get the TV to turn on. There were two remotes and the “on” button on either on did nothing. If it works, it shouldn’t be so hard to operate. The toilet didn’t flush well. It took at least two flushes to clear the toilet. Noticed water behind the toilet on the floor; maybe a leak?

Rooms clean and comfortable 😌 . Air was working properly.
Breakfast was lacking. Toaster but no bread for toast.. Shower area very slippery.

Clean enough. Felt safe. Good value with breakfast. Easy access to the interstate. Fine for a overnight stay when just passing through Memphis area.
Room was non-smoking but smelled strongly of tobacco smoke (was adjacent to a smoking room).

the breakfast. it was very basic and they always ran out before 8:30. breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 🙄

Amazing customer service. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Housekeeping comes by to clean the room. Home Gate Inn exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

the room was nasty and filthy, bed wasn’t clean had dirt on sheet, tv didn’t work every channel was fuzzy, remote was broken, plug ins didn’t work, refrigerator and freezer didn’t work property cancelled room without notification when didn’t arrive by there time but a time was given of arrival time during booking, there was no breakfast when stated was included with stay

The room had no way to lock it the room wad like a two bed room it had a bad smell I wad in a room that held someone old pet rm 212.

No tea or proteins, just Little Debbie pastries. The location is fine off the interstate.
Poor breakfast choices. The dope and cigarettes made the hallway a death trap for those of us with asthma and COPD. I asked for a mat for the bottom of tub and got more more cloth ones. There is no grip on the tub and I slipped badly so did my husband.

The hotel was clean
I reserved a non smoking but it was a very smoked out hotel and room. My son asthma flared up and we had to take him to get help.

It was old. The bathroom handle was broken. Some if the towels had holes and were stained. The pillows were mismatched and not firm. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.
