TERRIBLE,BROKEN WINDOWS DOORS LEFT OPEN UNATTENDED ALL NIGHT LOUD,

THE WHOLE PLACE IS GARBAAGE

Facility needs to be demolished as it is ran down. Building is falling apart. The rooms smell and have stains everywhere. Housekeeping is done every 2 to 3 days rather than every day. There are broken down vehicles, construction stuff and other items in the parking lot. No pool and just a muddy area. Dust and dirt in walk way.

It was ok for a place to sleep. However, I will choose another place the next time. Yes my room was a renovated one, however before you start allowing guest to stay there you might want to have it fully renovated and not take 3 years to do it and stop allowing randoms to stay there. You are in Clive, Iowa which is a pretty classy town. Be mindful of who you have staying in your establishment.

The elevator didn't work and it seemed dingy. Almost like they didn't care

lift was not working, all Vending machines were empty, room was small, lack of Cleanliness.

Remoded room wasn't bad

Mattress were not good

Everything was fine.

The only thing was when we checked out at 7am no one was at the desk so we never received a statement of our payment. I don’t think we received one by email either.

Room was clean and comfortable.

There was not much of a continental breakfast (very small rolls and coffee. -- no milk). I don't know if this was because they were in the middle of remodeling, or if that's the usual fare. If it was due to remodeling, it would have been nice to be notified in advance when I booked it.
