Good location beds comfortable
Room should have been cleaned better the floor had nail clippings all over. Spa tub kept draining no stopper to fill it.

I really liked the room we stayed in, it was very clean and the shower and bathroom was very nice.
The pool was closed and the room service with the cleaning wasn’t good, I asked the maid to take out our trash and she didn’t and we stayed for four nights so we had a lot of trash accumulating.

Really enjoyed my 4-day stay at this property. I drove from NC for a short vacation and to see Diana Ross at Hard Rock Live in Atlantic City.
Also, I visited Brigantine Beach which is only about a 15 minute drive from hotel. The beach was beautiful, safe, and very clean. Really great restaurants near the beach. The Crab Shack had a great selection of seafood.
I brought my own, comfy planets and pillows, towels, and wash clothes. Did not need or want rm service, and I made sure not to receive it, just by letting front desk know. Also brought a nice selection of microwavable food and my mini Keurig coffee maker. Never got their breakfast. Air conditioner was on point. Also, I'm glad I requested a downstairs room so I could simply look out the window and check on car. Never saw any shady people on hotel grounds. Cable had all channels. Would definitely stay here again.
So glad I upgraded my room to a king with spa tub! Tub had powerful jets (controls on wall) all around. Spa-tub made my stay here a much more luxurious one.

The room was very clean and had a refrigerator. Lots of TV channels. Close to Atlantic City boardwalk and casinos. Lots of restaurants available nearby. Although they did not have a breakfast nook, they did provide a bag of goodies for breakfast including muffin, bagel, cream cheese, apple and snack bar.

room smelled like weed even though they are non smoking rooms, when I booked it said 3 queen beds they are absolutely not queen but full, check in was a hassle got there about 45 mins before check in with another 2 people and we were told to wait 15 mins to check in? why was nobody at the front desk

Staffing issues couldn't get no clean towels etc, told there was no staff to answer front desk if u needed things for room.
No working room phones no one to get things like linen etc.

The price and microwave.
The staff was rude, he was annoyed I was booking online and told me to come back bc the transaction would take awhile. He told me I only needed one key. Also I extended my stay bc the price was in line with my budget and bc my work was also extended. However the staff was annoyed that I didn't advise them. Im not sure exactly why but something along the lines of the cleaning staff would be annoyed bc of cleaning the room twice so I accommodated and said the room is fine I don't need the bed made just a fresh towel. Again not sure what the annoyance was bc I'm paying for a cleaned room soooo.
