Great service, breakfast was just continental, nothing special

Only one working elevator for a 6 story parking garage. Top of the Hyatt bar was so tackily decorated it looked like a middle school home ec project and did not justify the prices charged. Incredibly loud television Welcome Screen in the empty room next to ours played all night into the morning which was brutal. Bathroom sink barely drained.

Even though they told us breakfast was included in the room price, they still ended up charging us a fee for each guest.

The location was amazing and the view from the hotel room was exceptional.

The friendly, amazing staff, incredible room space and outstanding location, overall everything about the building and how close restaurants are to the property!

The only thing my girlfriend and I didn’t like was the parking, it’s very compact in the parking garage but other than that everything was incredible!

Its location, its clean, elevator system s so convenient.

Adult pool was closed and areas of the regular pool assigned as adult only like the spa had kids in it and they were eating chicken and getting it in the spa 🤢. No over-site to the pool area at all. Manager?

Everyone was very attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were given a harbor view and it was worth it! Great location.

The employees were terrific and very helpful. The view was nice-it was relaxing to watch the boats in the bay. The workout facility was good except for the room was very warm.

The pillows were terrible. They were like sleeping on a marshmallow-too soft and no support for your head/neck. The bed was uncomfortable as well. Didn't know about the Beach.

The shower had hair in it and had not been cleaned. Also, the parking garage was dirty and had trash strewn in certain areas.

Did not take breakfast at the hotel

It is a very large hotel and somewhat impersonal. Not as luxurious as other Hyatt properties we have stayed at. Probably caters more for convention goers than leisure users.

Perfect Bayview - View of N. Island Naval Base - Carrier Berth, 15th Flr. Ideal city/bay view.

Sorry that there wasn't a breakfast cafe, only to-go counter service.

Everything was amazing.. the location was perfect.. close to downtown. Bay view was beautiful. Breakfast was great, every item in the menu was delicious. Freshly cooked and baked. My husband is very picky, this time I didn’t hear any complaints. Blaire made our 20th wedding anniversary celebration memorable. Thanks Blaire.

Location! Walking distance to many attractions. Plenty to do in the area.

Room bathroom was extremely outdated and sink had a large crack running across it. Water pressure in the shower was minimal and it was a struggle to get all soap and shampoo removed.

Location is brilliant .

Little bit pricey but to be expected for brand and location.

Localização perfeita,.Atendimento muito atencioso na recepção, em particular com Alfredo, Academia excelente em aparelhos, vista e limpeza. Piscina muito agradavel e Terraço também.

Fiquei na primeira parte da viagem na Torre à esquerda da recepção e na segunda na torre da direita, Seaport Tower. A da esquerda , Harbur Tower eu gostei muito mais. Camas com colchões muito usados, fazendo uma curva no meio. Toalhas podem ser mais novas devido ao valor da diária.

the location great right next to seaport village, petco park, and gaslamp district. room just ok and the view was great. bayview and coronado bridge. clean floor to ceiling windows.

no microwave for leftovers from restaurant. showerhead not clean and room had a urine smell. bed not very comfortable at all not a good value for what we got.
