Beautiful scenery great breakfast

Room smelled, very musty. Loud could hear conversation in the room next door. Lock stuck, door very hard to open.

The proximity to interstate and walking trail behind the hotel was great.

Our room had a gnat problem in the bathroom. Every night after 5 pm our room keys would not work. When leaving the elevator did not work and staff were not aware nor showed concern when notified.

Nothing. I will not stay here again.

The check in staff was incredibly rude. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was chaotic with not enough food and not enough space. The amount of money was not worth the room…AT ALL.

I loved that it was right in front of the river. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I didn’t like that we booked months in advance and was given a quote with the tax and fees and when we checked in we were told a different price and they would not change it.

Breakfast was very good, Hotel was very quiet.

The electrical outlets in my bathroom did not work, it was not possible to plug in the microwave, and my key quit working every day, and I had to go to the front desk to get it reset.

we stayed 2 days, and our key cards would always turn off. We had to repeatedly go to the front desk and get them reactivated. There was even a time I had to wait over 5 minutes before there was no one at the front desk. It got very frustrating.

The room was nice and clean,and the staff was very friendly.

Reserved smoke free room , room smelled like smoke and mold , carpet was worn out , bed was uncomfortable .

The people were very nice but specially the lady serving breakfast she went above and beyond her help and understanding with kids was great!

The location was fantastic, right off the interstate and right next to that beautiful river.

The hotel wasn't as clean as most, the breakfast was sparse, laundry was broken, reception was unfriendly. The pool was so cold and way to much chemical in the hot tub.

The staff, the bedroom needed maintenance, the sofa bed was really old and uncomfortable. They didn’t refill any of the amenities or asked if we wanted our rooms to be cleansed.

Breakfast tasted good but only one waffle maker, so if you don't go down to eat early, you have to wait in line. My kids decided not to eat one of the mornings because of that. Should invest in at least one more. Looks like they are starting some renovation, which is needed in some areas. Especially the pool area. Tiles were falling off the wall. Overall, though, it was good. Had a very nice view of the river. The staff was friendly enough.

Was a little uncomfortable with no security- multiple occasions I noticed people propping doors open to re- enter later. I wish there were surveillance cameras so personnel could have handled. Also, one family monopolized the deck and bbq area from 2:30-7:30, preventing anyone else from viewing the river from this location. Signs asking families to limit their times to a couple of hours so others might enjoy would be great. And finally, this NO PET hotel had a man sneaking his dog in the propped open door while covered in a sheet.

I loved the river it was next to.

It is an old build with lack of good maintenance. Front desk personnel did not be cordial looks like they are unhappy with their job. Lack of personnel cleaning the breakfast room.
