I made resorvation for 4 for two night thats a total of almost $500 dlls I get there I still need to pay for breakfast for 2 of my siblings! When I did my serservation I pay for everything, plus they didn't have towel they didn't clean my room and put cleaned towel we had to use the same towel only 2 towel for 4 people... we always booked in hotels but this is going to be our first and last one for these hotel , bad servece

The stay was confervale.

Some other people who were staying in the hotel were putting their kids' diapers by our door. Another thing I still had to pay for parking. When they weren't supposed to charge.

The breakfast was very good and service was excellent. The hotel was beautiful in the inside the location is questionable, but all in all it was very pleasant.

I didn't like that the parking lot wasn't closed in, it had gates around it but anyone could access it, and to be charged for parking that's not private, it needs to be no charge than. I also didn't like that they kept charging my card, and gave me my bill receipt before 8 am I hadn't even checked out yet I wasn't even up.

The breakfast is well priced and is much better than a standard hotel continental breakfast. We also enjoyed a dinner. We fly from Hawaii to Chicago and break the flight into two segments. This hotel is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was excellent. The shuttle is a separate service from the hotel.

I am not generally a negative person so I don't look for items to ruin my day. The staff is responsive. The room was ready before check-in time. This is our second yearly visit here and we plan to return next year.

We loved the comfortable beds, the swimming pool and the yummy breakfast. we especially liked all of the friendly staff. they were genuinely happy people.

I didn’t like the noise of loud guests through the door. I think it needs a heavier door or noise canceling construction of the doors.

Rude staffs.

We loved the restaurant an the little snack area. Our girls had fun picking out snacks to take to our room.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
