Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all so friendly and helpful at check in and check out.

The jacuzzi was relaxing.

No one answered the phone when I tried calling to request my car.

No included breakfast and more then the hyatt which does include continental breakfast as well and even has a pull out couch , the incidentals hold was a bit high at 100 a night ,and certain things that would improve most of what was negative with me staying there being locked in higher tier bon voye memberships as well as internet being an additional 15-20$ a day And after doing most of the math and having 2 rooms to compare the hyat definitely had more to offer , I was expecting an amazing experience for the extra cost but most of the additional cost didn't go toward the actual improvement of experience with the customer nonetheless those are my thoughts
