Breakfast was good but could use some variety for multi-day travelers. Pool was open late and was indoors. There was an arcade on the property and reasonable vending machines.

I liked the way the resort looked. The waterfall was still going, even though it was pretty cold out.

The breakfast wasn't as good as the staff hyped it up to be. The bathroom door didn't close unless you lifted tge toilet seat up. There wasn't a closet and the vanity area had very little room to put your toiletries on.

Comfort of bed, cleanliness of room and kind staff

None of the outlets in the bathroom worked. They were old, and none of the appliances would stay plugged into the outlets. I couldn't use my flat iron or my electric toothbrush. That was a huge inconvenience, but I realized that after checking in, the hotel is old. Thank goodness for the surge protectors. If not for them, I couldn't even have charged my cell phone. Almost $500 for 3 nights was a little much considering all the problems, but again I understand the hotel is old and staff can't help that. Everyone working there was nice and helpful and kudos to housekeeping. Room was very clean.
