The staff is always friendly and polite. I’ve stayed numerous times because I’m frequently in town for events. But this time I had a completely different experience.

This time our room was less then expected based on my previous stays. I had originally booked a king bed room but when I checked in they none left. I had a double bed room. The one bed squeaked so bad you couldn’t sleep on it, and the beds aren’t big enough for two people to sleep on one. The flooring was warped and raised up in some places, I also killed a roach in the room. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed this time staying there. And the room isn’t cheap to stay in either. I’ve always had good experiences staying here, rooms have been excellent and clean, but not this time. I’ll be looking at other hotels in the area when I return.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Room looked to have been recently re-done. Price was right, I would stay there again.

Musky smell in room. Air unit worked but very loud when it would come on. Every 20/30 minutes. Kept waking us up. Should be a $39 a night place. Not $100

For breakfast there was toast, bananas and cereal…they could at least get hot water and put instant grits out and maybe a waffle maker it doesn’t take much

We had an excellent stay. Staff conducted themselves in a professional manner. Also, I was really pleased with the beds they were very comfortable to sleep on. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you, for the enjoyable stay.

In my opinion, "The breakfast that was offered to the guests, did not meet my expectation." But, it would not keep me from booking another stay with you.
