Rooms were clean and so was the hotel.

Nothing really. It was a bit on the pricey side. Almost $200 for 1 night but the other options in the area didn't seem as well kept.

Location was right off the interstate, man y dining options.

The location to the ball field and local restaurants was perfect. The pool was nice and the pool staff were kind.

The cleanliness was lacking and several areas of the room itself. I found not one but two black hairs on the desk. The light switch in the bathroom when you flipped it up had a layer of brown dirt - so gross. The mattresses need to be replaced- they were thin and rock hard. The doors on each room have no spring back and slam loudly whenever you leave.

The 1st room we had one of the beds was dirty, they gave us a new updated room and it was great, till my son pulled out the sofa bed- it had popcorn and a dirty fork in the bed. No way house keeping even opened the bed to check because it was all in the center of the mattress. the first room had hair all over the sheets and stains- almost like someone laid on the bed but it wasn’t slept in so they didn’t change the sheets

In a bleak strip mall area off highway (but they all are). Too expensive for this type of chain hotel.

Entire facility was spotless! Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Well managed, and probably the best choice among the dozens of charmless chain hotels in this area. Everything was in good shape and comfortable. The pool is small but the area around it is nice for being stuck next to a parking lot, with decent furniture. Breakfast was OK for this kind of place.

Prices at these hotels have gone through the roof recently with little relation to the quality of the construction or ambiance. We paid $168 for a small suite, and that was a deal. The area is really bleak - highways, low-grade strip malls, and endless parking lots. None of the hotels make an effort to be different or have some greenery around them. And I get tired of eating off paper plates with plastic forks and plastic cups. For the money you would expect more.

All the staff we met were so friendly, competent, and attentive, especially the two ladies in the dining area.
