The floor by the heater was soaking wet the next day when we came in I don’t know if it leaked through the wall or what

The room was clean, bed comfortable.

The AC was super loud, turning on and off at night every 30 minutes or so making it impossible to sleep. The room had a weird smell, either rot or mold. The lamp on table was broken.

the hallways smells awful as the elevator. the beds are sooo soft that hurt my back I had to ask the receptionist ( who wasn’t smiling at all ) about certain things that he ended up answering with an attitude 😑

The staff were very friendly!

It felt far from conveniences. Not really walking distance to much.

Light bulb was out. We let staff know and they brought a replacement right away.

Internet was down so and no access to television.

This hotel is in need of a refresh - the room was rather dismal with poor lighting and yellowing walls. The air conditioning unit was loud and made it difficult to sleep. I expect more for this price.

The hotel is located in a conveniet location close to numerous stores (Trader Joe's, Target) and food chains (Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Burger King). Bellevue center is a few minutes of walking distance, and so are bus stops for the University of Washington and Seattle. Although being near the Interstate 405, the place was quiet, The room was spacious and with all basic amenities. I highly recommend to visit Woods coffee located in the building of the hotel, which has great coffee and breakfast options.

I really have no major comments or reservations. I was satisfied with the stay.

No continental breakfast. That would have been nice. I know there is a cafe attached but the is an added expense. We were traveling for medical so the budget was limited.

Location to the venue where our event was. Very clean and staff was friendly. Restaurant and coffee shop on site was nice!

The lighting in the room was poor. Lamp light only, no wall sconces or overhead lights. It was not very bright and made the room very dim in the evening.

It was nice that the hotel has a restaurant inside the location.

The room had stains on the carpet and a used towel with hair on it was left in the bathroom. There was a connecting door between my room and the one next to it and I was able to hear everything that was going on the room next to me. Due to this, the room didn’t feel very private at all. The room also didn’t look anything like the pictures that were listed on booking.com or on their website. Some of the front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming.

The facility is dated, but cared for and made us feel completely comfortable.

Counter staff was rarely seem and usually had to call out for them. Not a big issue. The change of room cost is a BIG issue of which I was disappointed and most likely will not use you again and we’ll advise many others to watch out for. Thought it’s out of your control the double room taxes are ridiculous, but goes along with the demented terrorist govt leadership striving to destroy a fine city. If they want to lose business this is the way. I hope business like yours seen change is needed and get these folks out of office before your business is gone. Best to you
