No microwave in the room Too many tolls for wherever I went TV didn't work most of the time (remote also) The fact that 1 bed is sold for a family of 4 makes no sense. At least offer a pullout couch or other bed alternative in the room

Night clerk was very attentive. The TV was disconnected and he took the time to find the problem and fix it.

When I went to get breakfast housekeeping was wet mopping the floor in front of the entrance to the room. When we were checking out we asked for a receipt to confirm payment and was told they could not find it and they would email it to me. 11 hours later and we still have not received email. Very unhappy with this. Will not book with this hotel again.

Toothpaste toothbrush and soap 🤦‍♂️ would nice in a hotel.. and have some paper plate in the lunchroom.. I had to purchased a whole stockpile of paper plates just for one..

The location was perfect for our trip. Hotel is right off the New Jersey Turnpike. Starbucks and Ale house in the parking lot.

We could never get clean towels. We were always told they were out of them.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired - just packaged oatmeals & a few apples. If there was supposed to be more, it was not replenished at 8:40am. No lids for the coffee

The room was a good size, the bed was comfy, the hotel was fairly quiet and the room was clean

They don't have breakfast

Were given keys to a room already occupied by other guests and this was at 11pm. Entered the room, saw some stuff laying around and then suddendly heard someone scream. Went to complain at the reception and there was a couple who had just had the same thing happen to them as well. The hotel staff ignored everything and just gave us both different room keys. Horrible experience.

Very disappointed in the room. The shower was covered in hair. The room was very run down. Can we talk about the "breakfast included", you know what breakfast was a granola bar or a cup of oatmeal and juice.. I also had to run to my car for something and came back and my key wouldn't work. I have to go back downstairs to see why. No one was at reception and I stood there for approximately 10 minutes. Only 1 light worked in the whole room. Needless to say I will never stay again

The staff is extremely friendly, from front end to housekeeping, the backbone of the operation. A word that is definitely not in anyone's vocabulary here is no. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help in any way possible my room is always clean in comparison to every other hotel or motel in this area super 8 is by far the cleanest for the value if I can't afford the Marriott I will stay at the super 8 just as good except for the breakfast but whatever Is was close by 👍💪😎

The only downside is I didn't have enough time to spend in my room and enjoy it

Reasonable cost, close to restaurants, quiet, comfortable room

A little better maintenance in a few areas particularly the bathroom rust & peeling paint, needs better steam exhaust
