The tub didn’t hold water for the kids. The hair dryer didn’t work. It wasn’t very clean.

The hotel was very cleaned. The room was cleaned and spacious. We requested a crib for our daughter and it was in the room by the time we got there. It was a pleasure staying there.

Super clean and copy! Staff is professional, nice and friendly! These guys care about their business and your stay! I would give them 7 stars if I could!

The towels were nice. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The bathroom. The toilet and tub were the only things in the tiny bathroom. The sink was just outside. There was no place to put anything. No microwave. Too much to write but we left our room around 10:20AM and when we came back around 9PM the room had not been made up. There’s more to the story but I don’t want to go into it.

friendly staff close to immigration office they had a list of good restaurants they recommend with addresses which I was very happy about. they let us stay for late checkout the rooms were clean ( except that rust in the shower)

room didn’t have a lot of place to store suitcases , there was rust in the towel rack in the shower. breakfast was very poor and I don’t like the use of disposable plates etc.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The temperature control was excellent.

The closet space was a little unusual, it was very low to the ground, which was not helpful with my wife's dress. The bathroom was also a not what we are accustomed to, having the sink outside. There also was no blow dryer available.

super mega noisy room, I just couldn’t sleep at all … lobby was “smelly” … room cleanness was ok but the rest of the property didn’t seem clean …

I love the room and all that it offers. Breakfast downstairs is amazing as always because I've been coming here for years just for a getaway with my service dog. It's honestly my favorite place, my number one hotel to stay at when I just need to unwind and relax.

The employees at the front desk was very great

This place was amazing. The room was wonderful, you get well over what you pay for. Location was nice and quiet. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was so good. We will definitely be back in a few months and I hope the pool will be open by then!
