L'emplacement prés de l'autoroute et des restaurants.
Le personnel était froid et peu accueillant. Le déjeuner était TRÈS décevant. Aucune gaufres contrairement à la publicité. Que des fruits et items sous vide dans des frigos et présentoirs. Plutôt un coin dépanneur qu'un coin déjeuner.

We enjoyed the proximity to where we needed to be. We also enjoyed that you needed to use your key card to enter into the hotel.
The room was dirty (lots of hair balls on the floor), and all but 1 lamp worked.

The room was silent in the back of the hotel. It was clean but we had a very loud ventilation in the bath.
In front of the hotel is a old motel with a lot of strange people. We had a bit fear in the dark at our car. The breakfast was very very basic.

The room is nice and spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and they did have real Dove products.
A dog barked all day long for hours non stop right by the door they stayed in. It was very annoying because I could hear it even with my TV on. Also, there was a child running around in a room near me at like midnight.

A lot of questionable people entering and existing the facility. The breakfast was grab and go and I wasn’t impressed. It could have been better.

There were several aspects that I found particularly appealing. Firstly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which significantly enhanced the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the availability of free parking was a pleasant surprise. Moreover, the hotel offered excellent value for money, especially for those looking for a convenient and affordable option for a short stay in the city.
On the downside, I was a bit disappointed by the very limited breakfast options available at the hotel, and the bed was not comfy enough.

There was a front desk staff when we checked the past few times she always remembers us & speaks & has my extra towels & blanket waiting for me at check in!..I love that!

needs a little more tlc, paint was worn off on bathroom door, a bit dusty and dirty in corners and in the bathroom. very loud upstairs and next door guests at night.

Room smelled like smoke. I brought it up and they gave me another room that smelled like smoke. It was hard to breath and I had to go but air freshener that didn’t cover up the smell.

The equipment in the fitness center could use some maintenance.
They remodeled the hotel and rooms during COVID, but the rooms already look very worn. The bathrooms weren't done well.
The AC/heater units are under the windows, which is right next to the bed. This can make it hard to sleep through the night as the units turn on and off.

The interior of the hotel lobby and rooms seemed to have been updated recently and was very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very appreciative of the hotel being dog friendly and not charging non refundable pet fees. We were given a room on the first floor which was helpful for taking out dog/s without having to wait for elevator or use stairs.
The dog relief area was small and owners have not been cleaning up after their dogs.

Floors could've been swept better. The chair at the desk in the room was not wiped down the refrigerator in the room which I did not know until later that night to put something in was not cleaned at all. The freezer part was messy like it wasn't cleaned in a good while. My normal stays were good. But this last time I stayed the cleaning was definitely not up to standard.

The staff were very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, cleaned well and the breakfast was good and free! Definitely will stay again.
The first room we were assigned to, the toilet was clogged upon arrival (without even using it yet) but once we told the front desk worker she quickly moved us into a different room without charge. That was my only complaint but it was quickly resolved. (May need better maintenance to be aware of those things)
