前台接待人员非常热情，酒店地理位置不错。

The breakfast was great with lots of variety. It was restocked quickly and frequently. Everything was hot and fresh. The location was easy to find and access.

The bed was adequate, the bedding spot on comfortable. Our reception girl was friendly but said nothing about breakfast, internet so we had to figure those out from internet site - once we figured that part out!

The furniture was ancient, desk chair absolutely threadbare and the room above us just a stomp fest along with crazy shower noises. Tv was also ancient and picture looked like an 1980’s video - pixels gone. We backed up to a Target lot and middle of the night some huge security event behind the store waking us. Parking only for a Prius or smaller and really not enough spaces to accommodate the entire facility. Keycards also did not work after dragging our stuff from the back lot but side security door wide open. Kids running thru the halls from the pool, screaming and being so noisy AND hotel staff right there and not addressing the situation.

It is a nice facility with pleasant staff.

The employees were rude to my group and disrespectful.

Nice and clean. Love the huge jetted tub ( the jets were not working but it was a nice size)

The front desk was ok, she could have given better directions to elevator and seemed to be pretending to be nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice and quiet location, comfortable bed, it had every essential (either provided or available upon request)

The condition of the facility has degraded since COVID. This trip, someone was in the room I booked and paid for in advance. We found out when we tried to enter the room. The clerk blamed the shift before her for the error.
