La colazione era molto ricca e buona. La zona tranquilla

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura B, mentre la reception era nella A così come la piscina e la sala colazione. La struttura B è evidentemente meno curata. La camera aveva odore di stantio e pochissima illuminazione, le lenzuola erano macchiate. Non abbiamo usato la piscina per non dover attraversare due parcheggi in costume.

This is a very large hotel with 2 buildings. The parking lot had ample parking. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty standard for a hotel of this type.

Second building I was in didn't have the same amenities as the main building. Lobby was unused. No elevator. Their pet fee is really high.

It was quiet.

The door to the bathroom was damaged, but functioned properly. There were stains on the hallway carpet and the carpet in the room. The price was about double the going rate for a room of this quality and location. I base this on my experiences during a five week auto trip from Washington state to Quebec and North Carolina. The breakfast was the usual free motel swill, watery scrambled "eggs," lots of sweet food, some "meat." I did not spit out the coffee (which is praise).

Location was good and staff was very friendly. Didn’t have breakfast so no comment on that

We stayed in the annex next to main complex. It is in need of some major improvements. Card lock system was difficult to use. Took several attempts before it would activate.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

Carpet needed cleaning, toilet didn’t flush right, shower didn’t work well.

I enjoyed having the suite in order to relax after a 15 drive. The breakfast the next day was fantastic, waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy as well as cereal, boiled eggs and yogurt. Service at the breakfast was great. Thank you

Desk receptionist was very robotic, had to ask her to repeat the speal when we checked in because she said it so fast.

Got switched to another room after the tv didn’t work.

Dingy paint color, hallway carpets were heavily stained and soiled. The pet area was dirty with pet waste the cigaret ashtray was full of water and butts, rather noisy with showers in the above room going, only one desk clerk on duty.

Our room was quite comfortable, very spacious and well laid out. Breakfast options were great and we liked that there were different varieties offered each day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when we're passing through Twin Falls.
