Very nice location, accommodating lady at the front desk, love the coffee maker in the room & lots of choices of yummy breakfast, comfy bed/pillow & spacious room.

Comfortable beds, comfortable upholstered chair. Loved the chair. Good breakfast. Sorry I had not packed my bathing suit.
Where the dessiner had put the toilet paper. Silly but annoying.

A nice large room and great helpful staff. They even called me after we left to report that I had left my Kindle behind.

Rude staff, only one elevator, crammed space in elevator/kitchen area.

Very friendly staff, The room and lobby were very clean, the breakfast was very good, and I got a great night's rest.
The pool was a bit dirty, no conditioner/lotion in the bathroom

Breakfast was good as usual. Definitely got us going for the day. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms, very clean. Parking lot easy to go in and out with our car hauler.

The front desk person was great. The room was clean and I appreciated the desk and comfortable chair with foot stool in the room. The breakfast options were very good.
The bed did not have a lot of support. The mattress was too soft.

HOT TUB and POOL OPEN 24 HOURS!!! I travel extensively that takes me thru TWINN FALLS.
Most of the time I get checked in late 9-10 pm.
It's ALWAYS nice to be able to take a late night HOT TUB followed by a cool down swim after a LONG DAY of driving... BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT!! WAFFLE MAKERS a a BIG PLUS!!!
Rooms are huge! BEDS SUPER COMFORTABLE!

This was a last minute decision because we could not drive any further. The minute we walked in the door they had already greeted me and our room was waiting for us and everything was sparkling clean

I seem to have an allergic reaction to something in the room (mattress, pillows, laundry detergent, ??), but maybe that is just me.

Our room and the entire place was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
it was hard to get into the property when arriving from the west

Breakfast good. Room not so good. Bed was uncomfortably soft like an old mattress, and the pillows were just too soft.
The cleanliness of the shower! It was obvious that the glass shower door had never been cleaned. There was rust around the door. The toiletries were sparse, no body lotion, and the bit of soap was terribly drying on the skin and face. The soap produced no lather.
