The staff was very polite and it was a good weekend.

The location was good! The bed itself was very comfortable and we loved it.

However, the overall experience was not really something we expected. 1. The first key that was given to was for a room located in 3rd floor. When we got there, the room was dirty and not yet cleaned. So we went down to the front desk again and this guy gave us a new room. 2. When we got to this new room, it was clean and nice. But the smell was disgusting! Clearly previous guests were smoking inside the room. Take note, we wanted a no smoking room and the one given to us smelled like tobacco. The whole 3 days 2 nights, I was coughing and got dizzy due to the smell of it. 3. The 2nd day, I was shocked because someone was trying to get in to our room. I found out that it was an another guest trying to check in. CLEARLY, THE FRONT DESK DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! They are giving out rooms that are not ready and they are giving out rooms that have been occupied already! So imagine my fear when someone was trying to get inside our room. Good thing I was there, but who knows?! What if we went out and our things got stolen? Nahhh not good. 4. When we were checking out, nonone was at the front desk. This was around 4am CST. We were on a tight schedule and no one was at the front desk. We stayed for more than 10mins waiting for this front desk associate to come back. Overall, this place 7/10. It was good but I wont be coming back here anymore.

It was close to my job. And easy to get to from the highway. Afternoon front desk lady was really nice.

The pool was closed, but before we booked we specifically asked them if the pool was open. The breakfast was literally coffee (1 pot, never refilled) and eggo waffles (which must be only 1 box, because at 7am there would only be 1 or 2 left). The bedspreads and curtains had cuts and burns all over them. The only time you can get hot water for a decent shower was mid-afternoon. One room was missing the mini fridge, changed rooms because the door wouldnt latch, the 2nd was missing the hair dryer. Maid never came and swept the floor or took out the trash. Not a true dresser in the place, mirror just propped up and leaning against the wall. A few roaches seen in bathroom in early mornings. Elevator broke down, had to walk 3 floors of stairs with my disabled husband barely able to do this, and a homeless guy was camped out on one of the landings. One ice machine for each floor, but only 1st floor worked, and the bottom tray was broken in that one. I didn't try the vending machine, but you could hear someone beating on it, every so often, so I don't think they worked either. Came in from dinner and front desk guy was making some kind of deal with a guy with a gun half hanging out of his pants pocket. It is a shame that the excellent name of Wyndham is associated with a dump like this.

the manager and front desk staff are completely rude . the rooms smell like roach poop and cigarettes. The rooms were not as advertised . ABSOLUTELY FILTHY . there was also blood stains .

Facility didn't look like advertised. Breakfast not available, pool not available algi in pool not used since COVID started. Elevator and rooms had bad odor like mold smell, wouldn't lock,torn lamp shades, graffiti on picture,walls and base boards filthy,tub leaking bad, fridge not working and taped with duct tape, microwave not working.cigarette burns on blankets, no lighting real dark,fire alarm missing covers not working.

Size of beds and room/the appliances were old/no phone or update TV we had to wait 20mins for the room to be cleaned after check in time and it still didn't smell or look clean

The bed was hard sheets didn't look clean. .Roaches everywhere smelled musty. Bathroom was half clean just horrible will never stay here again ever!

No hot water and this play is not safe.

The hot water does not get hot enough paint peeling off the walls I will never stay at this hotel again
