Good AC. The room was nice and cool.

Holes in the wall and ceiling. Missing trim in various places. The tables were closing in on themselves(they are attached to the wall). Stains on some of the walls. Bathroom door stained and chewed up at the bottom. Missing caulk around Bathroom sink. Sink faucet was loose. There were stains on the sheets. Cockroaches in the bathroom(We figure they came from the hole in the wall behind the toilet).

Nothing. There was mold in the mail room and the bathroom, roaches were running. The staff was extremely this disrespectful.

Door didn't work on the outside shower didn't work and I didn't get the room for disability and never was told about the pet deposit

Service

Both desk clerks were very helpful and nice.

The sheets and pillowcases were covered in yellow spots. They gave us more sheets and those sheets were covered in black spots. They need new bedding.
