room was good size and location was great!!…there were food places in walking distance with a Walmart just a short drive up the street

the room was not cleaned and there weren’t enough towels when we checked in….also didn’t like that the microwave and fridge is almost in the bathroom ☹️😩

Very clean atmosphere and staff was very friendly. Room super clean and fresh.

Carpet was torn at the edge of the entrance to bed. I was barefooted. Metal edge hurt my heel.

Breakfast was good. Tv had a lot to cartoon options for my 5 year old. There was one employee who was a very friendly/sweet older woman.

The pool room had an overpowering smell of chlorine, sheets were stained and there was hair under the comforter when we arrived. Had to pay a $100 deposit incidental fee that wasn’t mentioned at anytime booking. Room was very small and not laid out well. Shower pressure was awful.

The room was not clean at all. My fridge had left over old food. The microwave was dirty. My sheets had a white crusty stain. I went downstairs to get new sheets and had to put them on myself. I brought the old ones down the next morning like I was instructed and was asked by the front desk manager what I expected her to do with them and that she didn't want them. Like I did? I also paid for a suit with a sitting area with a bonus tv. That tv did not have a remote and was unusable. Every surface had gunk in it. My room smelt like cigarettes. Even though it was a nonsmoking room. I bought glade plug-ins and lysol wipes and cleaned the room myself. I chose this establishment specifically due to the cleanliness reviews. It was even more expensive. I was severely disappointed. I was there 4 nights and they never even wiped down the elevator once.

room was super small. when it booked it said it would have a pull out couch but it didn’t. drawer in room was broken. shower wasn’t clean.
