Good hotel for the money

Good coffee, waffles and bagels but only a insulated pitcher of milk for cereal and no juices. Good yogurt selection. Spacious room and clean. Hotel quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

No literature on the zoo and aquarium available but able to get info online. A helpful fellow customer helped us out with a restaurant recommendation the desk was unable to. They gave us a map and told us where things were but nothing to recommend.

There was dirty towels in the bathroom hanging behind the door. And all night long music was played.

Liked how the room was built with the bathroom in the middle. Works well for girls trip with 2 people not related staying in same room each had a little privacy

Breakfast options were very limited by the time we got down there. I did, however, like the waffle maker available. With Covid, I was not about to use the communicable milk jug. Maybe individual portions until the virus is under control.

Although our room, especially the beds seemed quite clean, the carpet was not. A huge stain in front of the door and several others throughout the room. Carpet should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. We stayed there due to the proximity of the zoo but feel $129 for the room was steep.

Room and beds were comfortable. The location was close to the Zoo.

Customer service just Okay. The pull out couch had some cigarette burns in the cushions, and there was a cheerio inside. Carpet looked dirty, needs replacing.

The room was better than we expected, and the main lady at the desk was phenomenal!!

The bed was very hard and the fact that my mom had to give a deposit because she wanted to pay cash was inappropriate
