The room size was great and had a lot of counter space and everything we needed. The location was close to quite a bit and surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful. There was a new male employee (didn’t get his name) he was actually still training when he checked us in and he was very friendly and polite.

The pool was closed while we were there, they said they couldn’t get anyone to fix it. It was extremely noisy above my room every morning at 5:30am, I walked to the front desk one morning to see if they could address the issue but no one was at the desk (I didn’t want to call the front desk because I didn’t want to wake my kids, although the noise eventually woke one of them anyway). Multiple cars had their windows completely broken in the same night while we were there (I know that isn’t the property’s fault and the neighborhood was actually quite beautiful). The tables weren’t always clean in the morning for breakfast.

The bed were comfortable and the free hot breakfast was very good

They need to do a lot more maintenance. The bathroom door in our room did not close properly or lock. The walls needed some fresh paint - the pool was closed because of the pump going out (that was one of the major reason we choose this hotel) the hallway and area in front of the elevators stunk of mildew.

Staff was rude and wouldn't help my wife find our room she had forgotten the room number and left the key in the room and they called the law on her and told her to get off the property for no reason

The location, staff and facility were very nice.

I was sent an email assuring me my request could be met. I asked for adjoining rooms. We did get rooms on the same floor (after requesting it at the desk), but no adjoining rooms. If I had known it wouldn’t happen, I would have continued looking elsewhere.

Loved the size of the room, bathroom accessible for wheelchair, large fridge for those traveling for several days.

The beds are very uncomfortable. They are hard and we woke up with sore backs. Only feather pillows.

We arrived checked in was given a room the key card didn't work, got another card only to find that the room was occupied by a not so nice sleeping man who confronted by 12 year old granddaughter when my husband allowed her to go in first.. She didn't need to be subject to that.I went back downstairs was given a new room only to find a bug in the bed. My husband called and we were given another room for which was not what we originally wanted.

Very few "healthy" selections at breakfast. Even the "healthiest" cereal was sweetened. More variety of fruit would be good.
