The whole time we were there the TV service was terrible. There was no HBO, Netflix, Show Time or anything. we brought it to the front desks attention, but they said there was nothing they could do. There were lots of religious channels, a children’s channel and 3 or 4 news channels. Because the weather was so bad (heavy rain every day) we were limited on what we could do outside. The pool & hot tub were closed due to being outside, so the TV would have made the visit a lot better. 🙁

The front desk and kitchen staff made the stay great.

We had a handicapped room as I have a prosthetic leg. The provided shower chair was nothing short of dangerous. I felt if I had sat in it, it would have collapsed. Glad I had brought my own!! Suggestion. install a bench that goes from the toilet into the shower. The shower head slide was broken and some Home Depot thing was screwed into the wall that sprayed water in your face. Water drained out into the bath floor. Sliding door to the bath was terrible, terrible!!! The in-room coffee pot had a 12" cord which made it so it had to be plugged in on the desk to make coffee, right where my laptop was. There were a lot of folks there for a swim meet and the breakfast frig was cleaned out and not restocked for quite some time. The monitor gal was kind of clueless. I guess if you don't get there right at 6 am..... The gal on nights was not exactly customer friendly. The bar was only open 6 - 8. Really? Just a few tweaks and don't raise the price, and it would be a GREAT place to stay. My grandson who was in the meet will be competing in more meets, which means we'll be coming that way......

Location is top, but still quiet. Nice modern lobby and rooms.

The bed was so comfy. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was good! We were very pleased! We will surely come back. We will recommend this place to friends. Thank you!

Nothing that I could think of.

It is close to all kinds of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. I like that the check out is 12 pm and breakfast is until 10 am. Good for people who wake up late.

The fitness center. One treadmill kept shutting off every 2 minutes. The TV didn’t work in the room nor did the tv’s on each treadmill.

Didn't utilize because the vegan options were not present.
